23 – 31 ...Mon & Tue Mike
helped Ross take down his display. Wednesday's First Tee golf lesson
was on 'the turn'. Afterward we went to the Indio Municipal course
and hit some ball to practice. Dixie did several haircuts throughout
the week. We did a little pool time Thur and several days at the
fitness center. On Friday we drove to Quartzsite to the RV show. We
met Dad, the VanVoast's, Dugan's and Elaine Popular. The show had
more of the same stuff. We also went to a few rock shops so Dixie
could shop for some jewelry making supplies. On Saturday Danny came
for dinner. Sunday was a stay at home day...Dixie went to church and
worked on jewelry and Mike corrected an oil leak in the generator.
Ross came for dinner.
Monday,
the 30th
was move day – back to Desert Pools for 11 days. We started with a
happy hour with Bob & Cheryl. On Tue Mike helped Ross and Dixie
went to jewelry class and then to a Backstage Palm Springs Follies
presentation with Cheryl. We all decided to take advantage of their
special for the Thursday afternoon matinee ($93 seats for $50).
