Whitewater Rafting!

Jun 29-30....We had an awsome time whitewater rafting on the Middle Fork of the Flathead river. We went with the Montana Rating Company and would highly recommend it - the guide was great! It was just use & was another couple from Dallas with their 2 sons (9 &12). We got soaked on the first of the 12 rapids. Our raft was the one that was NOT self bailing! After a couple of rapids we had to bail water out of the raft with a bucket. The weather was very nice -high 60's - however, the water temp was 42 degrees - luckily they provided wetsuits! Today we are headed to Lakeside on Flathead Lake. But first we made a stop in Kalispell where we decided to purchase a Dome Satelite system for the motorhome (no more spending hours to find the satelite at every stop). This system finds it automatically. Next stop was the Verizon store to change cell services - we have been getting little or no phone service in the this part of the country! We have the same phone number and if you are a Verizon customer we can talk to you without using minutes!!!!! We don't have a digital picture of our rafting as I didn't want to get the camera wet.
